Once order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for order to process and ship.
Due to the ever changing impact of COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed beyond the date listed for each item. Our team is making every effort to have your order delivered on time.
We hope you love your new pieces and they help you feel cozy and chic. But we understand that sometimes things aren’t the right fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all clothing items.
Each item must be returned it is original condition within 14 days of the date you receive your package. The refund does not include your original shipping charge or return shipping costs. All merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Hang tags must be attached.
Please be mindful when trying on your purchase to avoid any stains should you need to submit a return. All returns are subject to inspection so please be careful when packaging. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We do not provide return labels. We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the first item and place a new order.
For sanitary reasons, all sales of face masks, mask necklaces and hair accessories are final and cannot be returned.
